 Meatout is an international observance helping individuals evolve to a wholesome, nonviolent diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains. The purpose is to expose the public to the joys and benefits of a plant-based diet, while promoting the availability and selection of meat and dairy alternatives in mainstream grocery stores, restaurants, and catering.
Upon signing up to host a Meatout Event and requesting your Meatout Event Guide (through the other link I provided), you can request an array of free vegetarian food samples to use at your event.
*Note: You will need to email the companies individually. Some samples are already all gone while others are only shipped to certain areas. One requires S&H and others are completely free. Read the write up beside each sampling before sending out your emails.
